Fuel Good Day is back on September 21st!⛽

On September 21st, fuel up at all three Prince Albert C-Stores, Air Ronge C-Store, La Ronge C-Store, Kinistino C-Store, Big River C-Store, and Nipawin C-Store/Nipawin Home Centre to help support local charity/nonprofit organizations! Lake Country Co-op will donate 10¢ per litre of fuel sold and $1 from every Co-operative Coffee or Big Cool purchased at these gas bar locations to five very deserving charity/nonprofit organizations!

2021 Fuel Good Day Recipients:

Creative Kids Saskatchewan — Prince Albert

Creative Kids is designed to reduce financial and social barriers that prevent children and youth in Saskatchewan from engaging in artistic and cultural activities such as dance, art classes, music lessons, theatre, etc. Creative Kids helps children and youth in Prince Albert and surrounding areas.

Men of the North — La Ronge/Air Ronge

Men of the North is an outreach initiative that welcomes all men, regardless of religious or ethnic background or socioeconomic status. Their mission is to provide opportunities that help and encourage men to seek lasting positive mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Kinsmen Club — Kinistino

At the Kinsmen Club, they fundraise and volunteer for various projects that benefit the Kinistino community.  The organization recently installed a new play structure at their park in town and now they are working on upgrading the swings for all kids in their community to safely enjoy.

Angler's Park/Michel Beach Project — Delaronde Lake Marina Inc — Big River

Delaronde Lake Marina is working to create an outdoor space beside the marina for all community members to enjoy.  The space will include a beach area and playground.

Kinsmen Club — Nipawin

At the Kinsmen Club, they fundraise and volunteer for various projects that benefit the Nipawin community. They have been working on updating their park in town and have recently installed a new playground and will be looking at updating their outdoor rink for all community members to enjoy.
