A message from our CEO post COVID-19
July 8, 2021

To our valued Members and Customers:

As we reflect on the past year and a half, and all of the unforeseen events that took place, we would like to express our gratitude to each and every one of you. With COVID-19 came many rules and restrictions, changing daily, and often accompanied by some fear of the unknown. We did our best to accommodate all of our members’ needs, while ensuring we exceeded the ever-changing provincial health and safety guidelines. You remained confident in our products and services, and we received more local support than ever. For that we are grateful.

We care about our communities, and do our part to support those that live in our trading area. We have grown stronger together and gained a deeper understanding of how important that support is, especially in times of need. THANK YOU to our members and customers for continuing to choose your local Lake Country Co-op location.

We would also like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our team members who have worked tirelessly to ensure we are open, and running smoothly. Your extraordinary efforts, going above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety, have not gone unnoticed. We are extremely grateful to have such amazing, devoted individuals as part of our team.

Although our re-open plan is well underway in Saskatchewan, the COVID-19 pandemic has not yet completely subsided. It is crucial that we continue to keep the health and well-being of our members, customers, and team members front of mind. As such, we are committing to the continuation of the following measures:

• Heightened disinfecting and cleaning protocols at all Lake Country Co-op locations
• Plexiglass at tills
• Physical distancing markers
• Masks optional

Thank you again for your loyalty and continued patronage. We are overwhelmed by your support and are so proud to be a part of your communities.

-Tim Keller, Chief Executive Officer
