Lake Country Co-op is hiring a Bulk Petroleum Team Leader to join our Ag Department in Nipawin, SK

Lake Country Co-op has been proudly serving our members and our 18 communities for 80 years! We are a very diverse and dynamic Co-operative with retail commodities that include Food, Lumber Fuel and C-Stores, Hardware, Agro, Fertilizer, Bulk Petroleum, Feed, and Wine, Spirits and Beer.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Nipawin Ag Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
 Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
 Ensure legendary guest service is provided in the facilities and from the delivery/service units at all times
 Maintain neat, clean and orderly facilities and rolling stock
 Oversee Bulk Petroleum, Oil and Septic Service dispatch, delivery, record keeping, billing and pricing; oversee the South Cardlock site and the Nipawin Agro Store operations
o Order, receive, stock, display, lead and model the Human Resources and Finance/POS functions in the department
o Customer contact including maintaining relationships with customers and resolving delivery and service complaints
o Investigate and resolve delivery and service issues, spills and accidents
o Maintain image and standards and associated checklists
o Monitor the Fleet Complete system
o Drive and lead sales in bulk petroleum, bulk oil, in store oils and lubricants, pumps and tanks
o Monitor and keep proper records of septic pickup and disposal
o Work with the propane department to seek new customers and maintain current accounts
 Grow the business and actively seek out new customers or sales opportunities
 Perform spot checks on delivery units to ensure proper care, safety and maintenance
 Be a leader in safety and efficiencies
 Be readily available as a back up fuel and septic driver
 Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and customer files and records
 Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and Leadership and:
 You are professional and brand-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor to model a strong customer focus
 You manage complexity and are detail-oriented, with strong organization skills
 You have Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary business experience is an asset
 You have a 3A or 1A license
 You have diversified energy, ag product, ag equipment and leadership experience
 You have computer knowledge and experience; previous POS experience is an asset
 You must be available to work a schedule that will meet the needs of our Agricultural producers
 Must be willing to obtain TDG, WHMIS, Bulk Plant, Petro Driver and Fuels and Lubricants certification
 Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and be willing to wear the required PPE
 You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulations
